Campbelltown Show

Published / by campbell / Leave a Comment
The Campbelltown City Show Society inc is pleased to present the 2007 Show, and we extend a very warm welcome to one and all.

Our Show is organised by members and non-members and their families, together with the Secretary, Mrs Karen Featherstone and her staff. By working together we bring this event to the general public for everyone to enjoy. This annual event, at the Menangle Park Paceway, gives our local community the opportunity to display their talents, and becomes a meeting place for many people over the years.

To our sponsors and donors of prizes and trophies, thank you. Without your support it would be very difficult.

To our exhibitors and competitors, I say thank you. Without you we don’t have a show. I extend best wishes to you all. To our judges, stewards and stewardesses, may I thank you for giving us your time and may you enjoy your stay with us.

We are trying to make our Show a family affair, for the young and the old, and to have it recognised as a great event in Campbelltown.

See you at the Campbelltown Show.

Why Orthopedic Shoes

Why Orthopedic Shoes

If you’re considering Orthopedic shoes for your feet, it’s probably not because your feet are already being taken care of by a regular shoe. Orthopedic shoes are good for your feet – they are medical shoes designed to prevent pain in your feet when you walk. They provide considerable arch and heel support in the foot, allowing you to walk greater distances without foot fatigue.

One of the main reasons why some people might shy away from the Orthopedic Shoes isn’t the comfort and orthopedic benefits but the fashion style and overall design of the shoe. When orthopedic shoes were first designed there weren’t many options to choose from, but now you don’t have to compromise style for comfort because there are many designers of orthopedic shoes to choose from.

Orthopedic shoes are designed with extra space in the right places to allow for toes, heels, and arches that are either wider or longer than the average shoe. They come in different variations to accommodate different uniquely-shaped feet. No matter what your foot is shaped like there is an orthopedic shoe for you. Over time, being negligent of wearing footwear that doesn’t fit properly will cause even greater foot issues.
Orthopedic shoes are an excellent preventative measure to requiring foot surgery for many reasons. Foot surgery can be very expensive, immobilize you for long period of time, and create a difficult obstacle for you to have to overcome in your daily life; however, orthopedic shoes are a cost-effective and safe way to prevent and recover from more serious medical issues with your feet. Even the most expensive orthopedic shoes are much less expensive than foot surgery, which can cost upwards of thousands of dollars. Why not make the smarter decision and choose orthopedic shoes today?
